Water-air heat pump maintenance

Maintenance procedures:

• Compressor – temperature measurement of the crankcase, intake and pressure pipe
• Condenser - fan motor operation check, condenser cleanliness check and
• air condenser cleaning
• Other technology – inspection of compressor and piping connections, leak testing,
• checking the amount of refrigerant based on pressure.
• Leakage check and adjustment check and possible adjustment
• Cleaning the mud filter and checking the circulating water pumps
• Electric domestic water heater (check interval) 2 years, pump 20,000 h (3 years)
• Parts that require regular replacement: Safety valve, air extractor, drain connection (primary circuit),
• flexible hose, pressure gauge (spare parts are always charged separately)
