Contents of the basic installation

• Refrigerant pipes between indoor and outdoor unit (maximum 4 meters, additional meters are paid directly to the installer)
• Cover gutters and a maximum of 4 meters of condensate hose
• Installation of the indoor unit up to a height of 2.5 meters
• Outdoor unit wall bracket and vibration dampers, up to a height of 2 meters
• Pass-through (excl. wall requiring diamond drilling for an additional fee)
• Sealing/massing of wall penetrations
• Pulling electricity up to 5 meters from the electricity supply point.
• Superficial cleaning, does not include removal of packaging material
• Start-up and testing of the air heat pump
• Instructions for use for the customer

Work outside the basic installation for an additional fee (paid directly to the installer)

• Longer piping, longer cover gutter and longer condensate control
• Electrical connections (arranged separately)
• Installing the indoor unit higher than 2.5 m
• Use of a crane (to be arranged separately, depending on the area and rental service provider)
• Diamond drilling – concrete, stone and brick walls that require diamond drilling (to be arranged separately)
• Installation of the archipelago must be agreed separately!

Important information before installation

• If before installing the heat pump you have to do demolition work (e.g. if you have to remove the old pump and it is somehow built in), then this is not included in the price of the basic installation. This must either be agreed separately with the installer or the work must be completed by yourself before installing the heat pump.
• The places where the indoor and outdoor units are installed must be accessible and ready for the units to be installed. If the outdoor unit is installed on a ground stand, the ground beneath it must be ready for installation (concrete/stone slabs or other hard and flat surface).
• The customer is responsible for the current strength of the existing electrical network. If there is a need for it, the customer himself must agree on the suitability of the installation of the device with the owner of the house/housing corporation or the municipal administration.
• Any electrical work is not included in the basic installation price. If the heat pump installer cannot do the electrical work himself, they must be ordered from another company before installing the heat pump. This will be agreed with the installer before installing the heat pump.
